BEGINNERS JIVE CLASS
$15 pp
Sundays 4:30 – 6pm CWA Hall Maroochydore
JIVE is an exciting partner dance, enjoyable, easy to learn and playful in nature.
The beginners class covers basic foot work, lead and follow and beginner moves - helping develop timing and getting familiar with the rhythm of the music - such as listening to the drum line rather that the melody - the drum provides the beat.
Jive can be danced to a variety of upbeat music including pop, swing and rock and roll. It is a dance for everyone, young and old (and in between) - you will have lots of fun as well it is an excellent form of exercise and mental stimulation. It is an extremely social dance plus it looks great on the dance floor.
NO PARTNER REQUIRED NO NEED TO BOOK – JUST TURN UP AND JOIN IN THE FUN.
