Breathwork refers to breathing exercises to balance mental, physical & spiritual well-being. Some breathing practices are taught during yoga or suggested by healthcare providers. This class series is for all who are interested in growing more aware of their breath, how it affects health, energy, sleep and more. All fitness levels welcome. Learn techniques to feel better naturally.

Decode your Breath
• Explore what the breath tells us about life balance and imbalance
• Get tips to listen to your body & breath differently • Discuss how the breath is a tool to deepen connection • Learn 3 breathing techniques
Week 2- Friday, March 13, 11:30am-12:30pm
Breathwork for Heart & Brain Health
• Explore the Science of breathing & what promotes better health
• Hear how the breath can help manage specific health issues
• Discover examples of how breathwork heals
• Learn 3 techniques
Week 3- Friday, March 20, 11:30am-12:30pm
Breathwork for Emotional Healing
• Discover why the ancients, shamans, yogis, sages use breathwork
• Learn about breathing for emotional healing & release
• Engage in cathartic breathwork exercise with music
Fitness club members Cost- $30/ class or $75 for all 3 classes
Non-fitness club members
Cost- $40/class or $99 for all 3 classes
