Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, all classes, workshops and events across Australia are suspended starting Monday, March 16 and extending until further notice.

The Taoist Tai Chi(TM) internal arts of health are specifically designed to improve holistic health. The significant degree of turning and stretching in each of the movements, combined with the adaptability of the form to suit individual needs, are just some of the factors that contribute to its focus on restoring, improving and maintaining health.

The Taoist Tai Chi Society celebrates it's 50th anniversary in 2020. We invite you to join a weekly beginners class, and learn the tai chi set in less than 4 months.

Unlimited classes are part of your membership with the first class being obligation free. The first class is obligation free. Concession and Seniors Discounts available.

The next beginner course commences on Tuesday 7 April 2020.
