Macramé really is a wonderful pastime and once you master the basics, your creations are only limited by your imagination. You will take home your very own piece of macramé from every class.
You will be asked to register your name and address on attendance, and classes will be capped at 5 attendees to ensure we meet social distancing requirements.
Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell – call me and I will do my best to reschedule. I offer a 4 hour class which includes a break with refreshments.
About this Event
In this 4 hour workshop, we will be making a pot plant hanging. There's a brief overview of the variety of cords and kinds of cotton used to macrame, and we learn the 3 essential knots used in most pieces. We do stand for quite a while so please wear comfy shoes.
What is supplied
All materials are supplied to make this piece, in a selection of colours. A plastic pot is included. Please feel free to bring your own pot - it should be approx 20cm in diam. Light refreshments and a great learning experience are also on offer!
Where 16 Magnolia Drive Bokarina 4575. As the Council does not permit parking on the nature strip you may park in the driveway, on the road out front, or there are some parking bays only 2 minutes away in Spindrift Court..
What you need to bring Please wear comfy clothes and shoes as you may be required to stand for a while.
