Wednesday Evening Mindfulness Meditation

Learn to reduce stress in a really practical way.

Mindfulness is perfect for beginners as it helps us create a relaxation response. Each week we begin to feel more calm as our body and mind recognises how to relax. I guide you through the process so bring your busy mind, your anxiety and any other frustrations. You'll very quickly pick up some stress-reduction techniques that you can use in everyday life.

Classes are held weekly at the Coolum Lions Club. All are welcome. Sessions are split into two short meditations of 10-15 minutes each so you can stretch in between.

Meditation cushions and mats are provided. Chairs are available if you prefer. Wear something comfy.

This is a small, friendly group. Maximum 10 people.

$15 per person.
