Mindful Slow Flow Yoga - Mapleton Hall
Please join our lovely hinterland community for a 90 min mindful slow flow yoga practice, every Wednesday morning at Mapleton Community Hall.8:45 -10:15 am.
Here we bring together breathing techniques and mindful movement to help bring focus and clarity to our minds and connection to our bodies.
With an emphasis on internal awareness, gently opening the body, and developing more strength, stability and flexibility, this class is suitable for beginners as well as more experienced yogis wishing to bring a slower pace to their practice.
Each class ends with a guided meditation or yoga nidra, and all props are provided.
Casual and class passes available.
