Rock 'n' Roll is an energetic style of dance that is exciting and fun to dance. It is a very easy going style - it's all about having fun and a great time on the dance floor.
Our Rock 'n' Roll class focuses on basic foot work, beginner and intermediate moves, lead and follow as well as a selection of turns, spins, walks and movements while enjoying Rock 'n' Roll music from the 1950's to the present day.
YOU’RE NEVER TOO OLD OR TOO YOUNG TO LEARN TO DANCE. IT’S ALL ABOUT HAVING FUN AND A GREAT TIME!
So let's get those feet moving - great for physical and mental frustration, whoops, I mean stimulation!
Bring a bottle of water and wear comfortable footwear.
A friendly, social and relaxed environment. NO PARTNER NEEDED
No need to book - just turn up and join in on the fun.
