Suitable for adults of all ages, we will be focusing on preventative exercise using Tai Chi movement and principles to improve our strength, balance, co-ordination, concentration and body alignment. We also practice walking and Abdominal Breathing on a regular basis. My classes are easy to understand, enjoyable and very effective. Tai Chi Harmony offers a unique difference in communication, demonstration and explanation which will help you to grasp the methods and principles of Tai Chi movement very quickly, thus speeding up your physical and mental health improvement without the stress of having to learn a complex and often physically demanding Form.

If you've ever tried Tai Chi before but found it too demanding or too complicated, try this. Adults of all ages are very welcome to attend. KaZ will guide you from the very beginning, with clear explanations of how and why we move as we do, so that you will improve your health from class one.

Specialising in Seniors' health and wellbeing, KaZ is a professional Instructor whose focus is to strengthen mind and body in Harmony using gentle Tai Chi movement.

The Movement class is 45 minutes, with a free extra 15 minutes for those who also wish to stay and learn the Form.

Cost is $15 per class payg.
