Healthy Sunshine Coast, Sunshine Coast Council's flagship low-cost community health and wellbeing program in partnership with Full Circle Wellness Dicky Beach, is excited to offer a new class - Carer's Health & Fitness Sessions.

Carer's strain and burnout are very real and common amongst carers of friends, family, loved ones, and Aged Care and disability participants.

Many carers find it difficult to find time to look after their own health and wellbeing needs. Being active however will help with the physical and emotional demands of caring for someone.

If you, or a loved one need some ‘me’ time to focus on your health and wellbeing, please enquire about Full Circle Wellness’s ‘Carer’s Health and Fitness’ program TODAY!

WHEN: Wednesday (weekly starting 12 June for 12 weeks, subject to demand)
TIME: 11.30am – 12.30pm

COST: $5 with Carer’s card (please show at first visit). Pay on the day via cash or eftpos
