Chair class for 1 hour every Monday. This class is done seated on a chair but provides a full body workout. It improves hand eye coordination, flexibility and mobility. Join your instructor Liz for a fun class and your body will thank you for it! Bloomhill Centre in Buderim has onsite parking and a lovely café set in beautiful gardens.
