Finding stillness, peace, calm, quiet

Sunday November 1st (no session on Sunday 25 October)"What a blessing to have this beautiful practice right on my doorstep. My spiritual journey began in ernest some 50 years ago. It's taken me down some amazing paths of discovery & nutured me through times of challenges disappointments loss & sadness. In recent years the practice of Yoga Nidra has been coming up repeatedly through various obscure references that lead me to research it in more depth. My daily meditation/mindfulness practice has been so beneficial but I sensed there was even greater depths still untapped. It has been my experience when embarking on something new, books videos utube etc on the subject are very useful however for me I seek out a more personal hands on approach. And so along came Anna & Yogartnidra. What an amazing experience to be guided by her soothing voice to the deeper levels of consciousness to a place of total peace calm & stillness. My previous knowledge of such depths have made me skeptical & nervous thinking perhaps of the Beetles & Indian gurus transcendental meditation, trances & zombie states of consciousness. With Anna I feel completely safe in allowing my body & mind to relax & rest.
