Professional Tai Chi Instructor

TAI CHI HARMONY, Sunshine Coast. Unfortunately ALL classes are on hold during the Corona Virus emergency, however I will be resuming tuition immediately we are advised it is safe to do so.

ABOUT KaZ

I hold Diploma Professional Counselling, Instructor Accreditation with Tai Chi for Health Institute, First Aid Certificate, current Police Check, Public Liability Insurance, Working With Children check and Cert IV Leisure & Health qualification. My current range of weekly classes includes:
• Fully seated classes at Regis Aged Care in Kuluin
• Standing & seated classes at Buderim Gardens Village
• Community classes at Currimundi
• Classes several locations via Healthy Sunshine Coast Council
My personal specialty is in teaching people with Dementia and/or Disability however Tai Chi is mentally and physically beneficial for all ages and all levels of ability. My focus is to strengthen mind and body in Harmony, thereby improving all aspects of wellbeing.
My classes are progressive, respectful and very enjoyable.


ABOUT Tai Chi

Tai Chi improves circulation, reduces stress, strengthens muscles, boosts confidence and improves posture, memory, blood flow, concentration, co-ordination and anxiety conditions. Tai Chi improves and may prevent almost all chronic conditions including arthritis, heart disease and diabetes.
Tai Chi can be practiced by people of all ages and abilities and the form itself can be modified according to individual ability levels.
All participants are encouraged to learn Tai Chi within their own comfort zones and sitting during a class is totally acceptable.
Sharing Tai Chi enhances self-confidence, creates new friendships and provides a sense of belonging. Tai Chi is a gentle, strengthening and calming experience which people look forward to attending.
