Pryme Lite - Thursday 11.15am
PrYme Lite at The Y Caloundra is a class for seniors who are 50 years plus and either returning to exercise or working on a rehabilitation plan.
This specialized group fitness class runs every Tuesday and Thursday morning, 11.15am - 12pm
Classes include a warm up, cardiovascular and strength components, core and balance & a stretch and cool down in a friendly sociable environment. This is a lighter intensity to our PrYme Movers and incororates chair based activities as well as resistance, balance and training.

What ever your fitness level the class is suited to everyone's needs, will improve your fitness in a safe environment with our experienced instructor Tracey Smith. Come & try your first class for FREE!

$5 with a pension or health care card
$10.00 per casual class
$80.00 per 10 visit class pass
