Come along for an enjoyable afternoon of social seniors and casual table tennis play, now on every Friday!
Our friendly group caters for beginners to advanced players seeking for some fun and exercise in air conditioned comfort. Regular play improves balance and coordination. It's easy on the joints and keeps your reflexes sharp.
The cost is $6 per session and includes tea or coffee. No need to book, just come along and join the fun. The courts are available for Social Seniors Play from 12.00pm to 4pm every Friday.
Play for an hour and stay for the entire session.
Fully enclosed sports shoes are essential for safety. Basketball or netball shoes are preferred.
