YOGA: Coolum yoga classes.

This yoga does not just increase flexibility and calm your mind, but by laying emphasis on alignment, it significantly improves posture. It regulates breathing and other body functions, from circulatory system to nervous system and digestion.
Its a yoga for all levels so it doesn't matter where you are at. Be open and bring yourself along to explore, as we use belts, blocks and chairs (what we refer to as props) to enable those with physical constraints to perform the postures correctly. In fact this is where it differs from other forms of yoga styles.

When there is proper alignment, your breathing improves and your mind is at peace.

WHEN: EVERY WEEK gentle class Monday 6.00pm to 7.30pm
Tuesday 6.00am to 7.30am & 9.00am to 10.15am
Thursday 9.00am to 10.15am & 6.00pm to 7.30pm
$18.00 for 75min. $22.00 for 90 min. Everything is supplied.
