Medium fitness paced class. Dance (and sing along if you want to) to Hollywood, Bollywood, swing, rock and roll, world music, Dance is good for coordination, balance, flexibility and memory, all important to keep up as we age. No previous dance experience necessary.
Monday 9-10.30am.
Guides Hall Burnett Street Buderim. (tucked in behind Buderim Lion's Park Lookout. Look out for the big tree. Parking in grounds)

Hall has air conditioning, but bring water. Wear comfortable clothes.
