GROOVE is a guided movement class for all ages. We dance to great music from all eras. Simple moves anyone can do. If you can walk you can GROOVE!
No complex choreography, no judgement - just joy, movement and community.
Have you ever wanted to dance… but worried you might get the steps wrong?
GROOVE is completely different.
Rather than following choreography, everyone is guided through the same simple idea while moving in a way that feels natural in their own body. It’s impossible to get it wrong because your way is the right way.
Whether you danced years ago or have never thought of yourself as a dancer, you’ll be warmly welcomed.
Expect:
* Fantastic music from across the decades
* A relaxed, friendly atmosphere
* Plenty of laughter
* The opportunity to meet lovely local people
* Movement that can be adapted to suit your body and fitness level
* Low impact, suitable for seniors
Many women come on their own and quickly discover how easy it is to feel part of the group.
