Beginner Tai Chi Classes – Venue Change

Come and try Taoist Tai Chi—a gentle practice supporting balance, mobility, strength and calm. Beginners are very welcome.
Please note: Temporary Venue Change:
• This Saturday, classes will be held at St Peter’s Anglican Church Hall, Maroochydore
• Next Saturday, classes return to Millwell Road Community Hall.
Saturday sessions:
• Introductory: 9:00–10:00 am
• Combined introductory and continuing: 10:00–11:30 am
