Bring a pillow and blanket for this gentle guided resting and relaxing floor based yoga Nidr? meditation where you’ll be guided to use gentle breath and body awareness techniques to bring you to a comfortable state of 45 minutes of relaxation (you might even fall asleep).

From this very blissful state, transitioning to your choice of a peaceful paint with watercolours or a meditative play with clay (a lovely soft malleable air drying clay (a light grey colour) easy to manipulate ..

Sound bowls are included and all Art supplies. $35 covers everything.
Lunch after at 12 noon in the Big Love Cafe.
