Restore Reset Receive Yoga + Sound Bath

Golden Beach

Join Megan and Rachel for a deeply restorative morning of gentle yoga, guided Theta meditation and clearing, and a nourishing sound bath to start your Sunday feeling grounded, relaxed and reconnected.
You’ll be guided through a gentle restorative yoga practice with Rachel using soft props in our beautiful, calming studio, giving your body permission to soften and your nervous system space to settle. From there, Megan will guide you through a beautiful Theta meditation and clearing before leading you into a deeply relaxing sound bath.
This is your invitation to slow down, breathe, receive and reconnect with yourself — leaving you feeling restored, grounded and nourished.
